Blueberry Pudding
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar,
3 Tablespoon margarine,
1/2 cup milk,
1 tsp baking powder,
1 tsp salt,
1 cup flour,
1 pint fresh or frozen blueberries (don't defrost).
Cream margarine and sugar. Add milk and dry ingredients beating well after each addition.
Place blueberries on bottom of greased 8 inch square pan. Pour batter over fruit.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
Sprinkle over batter. Pour 3/4 cup boiling water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
